Self Promotion is mandatory. We will also promote you on our end.
We provide you with a table, a flat-top propane grill, and a small refrigerator only.
You must provide your own propane, cooking utensils, printed menu/signage, and card payment tool. (such as Square, PayPal, etc), and anything else you need.
If it rains we will set up a tent for you next to the conservatory.
You must clean the grill thoroughly at the end of your session.
You need to be serving from 1 PM-6 PM at a minimum (you are welcome to do more).
You need to arrive 1hr before we open (11AM - we open at noon on Sundays) to set your area up, including moving the grill and refrigerator from our storage room
